Mina Kondner is an educator and innovator who has dedicated her life to improving the educational opportunities for children, regardless of their circumstances. Born and raised in Tehran, Iran, Ms. Kondner's journey in education began at the prestigious Tehran University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Shabnam Sadrolsadat, M.D. 

Early Childhood Development Teacher

Shabnam is a medical doctor who worked as a general practitioner for over twenty years in her home country. She is also a badminton referee and coach with ten years of experience. She brings a blend of health and wellness expertise to the elementary school setting. Drawing from her teaching experiences in technical and vocational education, she inspires young minds with a holistic approach to education.

Nicole Landivar

Early Childhood Educator

I hold a Master’s degree in Administration with a specialization in Human Resources. Alongside my academic background, I have hands-on teaching experience with learners of all ages. I am bilingual and have taught children, adults, and even led a group of women from diverse age groups. These experiences deepened my passion for teaching and strengthened my ability to adapt to different learning needs. Above all, I have a genuine love for working with children and creating supportive, encouraging environments where they can thrive

Shervin Rahai

Elementary and Middle School Teacher

With over a decade of dedicated service in Catholic education, I bring a strong blend of academic expertise and classroom experience to my role as an educator. I hold a Bachelor's in English Language and Translation and a Master's in English and Hungarian Literature, which have equipped me with a solid foundation in language arts and cross-cultural understanding. My journey includes eight years of first-grade instruction, where I developed a deep appreciation for early childhood development, and three years at Edlin School, working with gifted learners and honing my skills in differentiated instruction.
Currently, I serve as a resource teacher supporting K–8 students with ADHD and autism, a role that has deepened my commitment to inclusive practices and broadened my strategies for meeting diverse learning needs. I believe education is not just about academic success but also about fostering connection, celebrating individual growth, and creating spaces where all students can thrive.

Gerard Kondner

Head Teacher and Director of IT and Data

Gerard is a data analyst who has worked in both educational and accounting backgrounds for the last decade. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball in his free time, and is also a soccer referee some weekends.

Kristen Fitzgerald

Music Teacher

Kristen Fitzgerald is an experienced educator with over a decade of teaching expertise, specializing in both English and the arts. As the Head of English for a tutoring department, she has developed curriculum, led instructional teams, and worked closely with students to strengthen their reading comprehension, writing, and critical thinking skills. She has taught English to learners of all ages and skill levels, with a student-centered approach that emphasizes clarity, confidence, and creativity in communication.
Kristen holds a degree in Musical Theatre from NYU Steinhardt and brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her teaching. Her background in performance informs her methods of instruction, helping students engage with language through storytelling, voice, and expression. She is passionate about the intersection of education, the arts, and community, and strives to make learning meaningful and accessible for all.

Amanda Guzman

Elementary and Middle School Teacher

Amanda is a dedicated educator with a strong passion for learning, the arts, and cultural exploration. With a background in performance and a global perspective shaped by her travels to over nine countries, Amanda brings creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm into every classroom she enters.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Performance from George Mason University and is set to begin her Master’s in Education in early 2025. Amanda is committed to fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and a love of discovery.
